Please read these terms carefully before using our enamel manufacturing services

1 Agreement Acceptance

By accessing and using our enamel manufacturing services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers who access or use our services.

If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services or place orders with our manufacturing facilities.

2 Manufacturing Services

Our Services Include:

  • Custom enamel mug manufacturing (OEM/ODM)
  • Design consultation and product development
  • Quality control and certification services
  • International shipping and logistics

All manufacturing specifications, including materials, colors, designs, and packaging, must be confirmed in writing before production begins. Changes after production commencement may incur additional costs.

3 Order Process & Requirements

Minimum Orders

MOQ: 500-1000 pieces depending on customization complexity

Lead Times

Sampling: 7 days | Production: 25-30 days

All orders require a signed purchase agreement and deposit payment before production begins. Final specifications, including FDA/LFGB certification requirements, must be confirmed during the sampling phase.

Payment methods include bank transfer (T/T), Letter of Credit (L/C), and other mutually agreed methods. All prices are quoted FOB and exclude international shipping, customs duties, and local taxes.

5 Quality Assurance & Warranties

We guarantee that all products meet agreed specifications and comply with relevant food safety standards (FDA/LFGB). Quality control inspections are conducted at multiple production stages.

"Manufacturing defects will be addressed through replacement or credit, subject to inspection and verification. Claims must be reported within 30 days of delivery."

6 Intellectual Property

Customers retain ownership of their designs, logos, and trademarks. We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all custom designs and will not reproduce customer-specific products for third parties without written permission.

Customers are responsible for ensuring their designs do not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights.

7 Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages including but not limited to lost profits, business interruption, or market losses.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, or supply chain disruptions.

8 Modifications & Contact

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to active customers. Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
